Pizza Store
– Toronto Downtown
Converted a mechanic shop into a pizza store in 4 months, managing demolition, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and more, with occupancy secured 1 day after completion. Later expanded the space by relocating a wall and adding two units with roughed-in plumbing.
Condominium
– Chinatown Spadina
Demolished walls for a commercial rental unit and completed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, drywall, and cabinetry work. Finished in 3 months, with occupancy granted 2 days after completion.
Art studio
– Toronto Downtown
Transformed space by removing walls, updating windows and doors, and installing new plumbing, drywall, flooring, and lighting. Completed in 6 weeks with all permits closed out.
Tavern
– Toronto Downtown
Managed a historic tavern project, overseeing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, and painting. Worked with other project managers from other trades. Finished in 14 months.
Medical Clinic
– Scarborough
Responsible for electrical, drywall, and flooring, working under the client’s project manager to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
Warehouse
– Mississauga
Built walls, upgraded electrical systems, replaced lighting with LEDs, and repaired concrete floors and docks. Delivered on time and on budget under the client’s project manager.
